It's official : Facebook puts its stamp on Actress Nuong Faalong's Fanpage .

Just like on Twitter, Facebook is now putting a small, blue check mark next to the names of celebrities and other high-profile people and businesses on the site to signify their authenticity.

With over 4000 followers, Nuong Faalong has finally had her Facebook fanpage account verified.

The beautiful actress, who has been a member of the social networking site for some time, is now approved from the company to show that her account is authentic.

Soon after the blue tick appeared on her page, Nuong shared her excitement on her facebook page for having her account verified.

She becomes the third female actress in Ghana to be verified and as well joining the list of  top notch celebrities such as Yvonne Nelson , Jackie Appiah , Tonto Dikeh , D banj ,  John Dumelo and many hollywood stars verified .

This verification is a sign of approval and a confirmation of her celebrity status. It also wades off any chance of people creating parody facebook pages in her name for whatever reason. Kudos Nuong!
