Actress Kafui Danku in an interview with GhanaCelebrities talked about the movie, the age gap between herself and her husband and more.
When asked if she is not worried about the huge age gap between herself and her husband, she described:
“Talking about age and marriage, people are different. People will say ‘she is married to him because of money’, others say ‘he is old’, but I don’t care. Somebody told me ‘he is going to die and leave you’.
“But I have a friend who lost her dad when she was six and younger people also die. I had a cousin who died at thirty four. But he is more than thirty four and still standing. I could die first, it’s not necessarily about who dies first. It’s not about age if you ask me. He is a very intelligent man; he is a gentleman, very neat and just looking at him you can tell he is gentle, very patient, very understanding.”
Talking about her new project Happy Deathday she revealed:
"It’s different. It’s not your everyday boy falls in love with a girl kind of movie. Even when the cast first read the story, they sent me messages telling me how good the project was going to be. Alex Ekubo, Ben Brako, Salma Mumuni and others expressed their joy even before the shoot started. It’s so unique.
"Before I started shooting my own movies, I was doing very well, Even after I produced Letters to My Mother, I started getting a lot of roles. So to say people are shooting their own roles are not getting roles is so not true.
Commenting on the recent leaked sextapes she said;
“I don’t like talking about sex tapes because I don’t see what’s fascinating about them.
“If you are an adult and had sex before, I don’t know why someone’s sexual escapades should excite you that much. People who leak sex tapes and nude pictures are losers.”
