On Thursday, November 20, a disturbing video of a 10-year-old boy surfaced online. In the nearly two-minute long video, the boy can be seen smoking what appears to be marijuana.
At the beginning of the video, the young boy appears to be sitting in the driver seat inside a vehicle smoking marijuana, which he refers to as “loud.” However, no adults appear to be present. Throughout the video, he tries to boast about his actions, but to no avail. Every time he tries to speak, he can’t formulate the words due to coughing and choking. However, its quite obvious this isn’t his first time smoking.
The video, which is rapidly circulating around Facebook, Vine, YouTube, and Twitter, has received an overwhelming response. The shocking footage has received more than half a million views in less than 24 hours on World Star Hip Hop alone.
Needless to say, the footage has stirred quite a controversy with more than 9,000 comments. Of course, most viewers find the video quite shocking and disheartening. But the biggest concern is his parents. Most viewers are wondering where they are.

“He inhaled properly and did a decent French inhale tho,” one viewer said of the boy’s obvious experience with smoking.
“[H]e obviously has judging by his smoke tricks lol his lungs are just way too under developed for this s—,” another viewer agreed.
“Whos weed is this little —– smoking? Where is the owner of the car? Whos phone is he recording with? How did he know how to upload this to worldstar? Where the parents at? I feel bad for the 2000 and up generation… These little —— is being brought into this world with little to no chance at succeeding in life,” another viewer complained.
