Mavado fears DEPORTATION: Supporters take to social media
THERE is growing opposition via social media to a petition by a United States resident to have dancehall artiste Mavado deported from that country.
Maryland resident Trudy A Miller, who posted the petition on the White House’s website ‘We The People’, stated that the entertainer is a non-residing felon living in the USA.
However, supporters of the entertainer are firing back.
“How can the Jamaican government tolerate these continuous attack against its Reggae industry?,” questioned one supporter.
“We need to create a petition against Trudy Miller for being badmind.
My signature a the first one pon the list,” another noted.
Miller needs 10,000 signatures for it to be reviewed by US government officials for an official response.
