How Yvonne Nelson and Chris Attoh’s Wedding Got “Legalised” On Google

Cheap publicity for movie starring Chris Attoh and Yvonne Nelson caused Google to link Yvonne Nelson and Chris Attoh as legally married

Ghanaian star actress, Yvonne Nelson premiered her first self-produced movie , ‘Single and Married’ which featured Nadia Buari, Efya, Anita Erskine, Eddie Watson Jnr among other stars on 22 September 2012.

A cheap publicity stunt to sell the movie ended up creating the false impression that Yvonne Nelson and Chris Attoh are married, a subject which became a hot search on Google.

 Prior to the premiere of the movie, several blogs reported that Yvonne and Chris were secretly married. It however turned out to be a gimmick to hype the movie. This kind of publicity stunt is rather unprofessional and Ghanaian stars should get more creative.

 Can you image how they would look like when an international media outlet asks Chris and Yvonne in an interview how their marriage is going, just for them to say it’s a mistake Google made.
