Many football players even in their mid-fifties still look youthful and very much more enthused and active as compared to men who are even in their thirties. The reason is not like footballers intentionally slow down their growth rate but rather it is an inadvertent advantage derived from engaging in sports and other daily body exercise. All these players who have once graced the filed for the Ghana National Team (The Black Stars) and other foreign football clubs are in their thirties now and even some are in their early forties but they still look very much youthful. A critical look at John Paintsil, in his recent photos, the formal Santos FC player is now 33years old but looks very young and energetic even more than before. In other photos, John revealed his well-built 6 packs which are apparently trending in the galleries most admired ladies in Ghana and other outside countries.

He was a member of the Ghanaian 2010 FIFA World Cup team that reached the quarter-finals in South Africa before losing to Uruguay.
