Davido confirms he doesn’t charge for collabos.

In a recent interview with HipTV, HKN boss, Davido answered questions on what it takes to feature him in a song in terms of cost and his response, if true, will delight several up and coming acts who desire to have him on their songs.

Davido, who recorded several collaborations in 2014 said: ‘I don’t charge for collabos, and I don’t think I have in the past.’

 The multiple award-winning act also added: ‘The truth is I love music and I just do it out of the love. So, I do it for free.’

Davido’s take on collabos is in sharp contrast to Wizkid‘s outburst last year that he charges N10m for collabos in the heat of the lingering issue he had with Baseline Records act, Saeon....
