 Nkosua” is the first single which Opanka released out of hot singles to
 hit the airwaves this year prior to his upcoming album “Akwaaba’.</div>

Opanka
 early this year had a brisk encounter with death which influenced the 
song and featured Gifty Osei.  The song which is not the usual hip life 
gospel tune but a real gospel tune sees the artist portraying his 
versatility as a creative mind. He is heard doing a deep touch of spoken
 word on the tune which he describes as a movie.</div>

The occasion will also harbor the release of his new song “We Worry” featuring Edem.</div>

The 16th editions of the VGMA nominees jam took off yesterday 21st March in Cape Coast, Central Region. With twenty five songs, nineteen featured artists<br>
and eleven producers working on the piece, the<br>
Zero to Hero rapper believes this current effort is<br>
more than an album.<br>
“If you think I have changed, you should go into<br>
a shop and buy this album, that’s what I always<br>
tell the fans. If you think the Volta Regime Edem<br>
was dopper than the current Edem then you<br>
should go get album.<br>
“To me every album is an era. It’s a mood; it’s a<br>
twist or turn. What the fans have to realize is that<br>
I don’t sleep on studio carpets anymore. I don’t<br>
take trotro to the studio anymore. I don’t walk to<br>
the studio any more. I don’t hear the conductors<br>
shout the areas their trotro will be passing<br>

“I met Hammer in 2003 and that’s when I became a soldier in his camp. It was exciting. I usually say I met Hammer in 1999, once I heard <strong><em>Pae Mu Ka</em></strong>, I was in Primary there about and I knew this was the person I wanted to work with. But meeting Hammer was a different experience. You are looking at somebody who will turn off your phone when you step into his studio.</div>

Ghanaian recording artist and entertainer, Edem has told Bola Ray on Starr Fm that he does not pay African artistes for features. The rapper said this when he made his plans known to feature South African singing duo, Mafikizolo when they come to Ghana over the weekend for this year’s Hennessey Artistry Concert at the Accra International Conference Center.<br /><br />“Mafikizolo should jump on board let’s do something together. Let’s take over the continent. I want to make it clear to any person who is affiliated to them that I don’t pay any African artiste for features, not in any given day”<br /><br />Edem is ready to release his twenty-five track Books ‘N’ Rhyme album. The album features nineteen African artistes and eleven music producers.<br /><br />The Volta Regime Music Group signed artiste is currently working with Nigerian reggae-dancehall singer and songwriter, Patoranking on his hit single “Wicked and bad”. Edem is also collaborating with Fuse ODG on a new song which will be released soon.<br /><br />The “Koene” hitmaker has worked with African artistes like Ice Prince, Ice Queen, Casper and others<br /><br />The artiste who recently released ‘Zero To Hero’ which features Akwaboah is billed to perform this Saturday at the HHennesseyArtistry Concert at the Accra International Conference Center with 2face, Wizkid, Mafikizolo, 4×4, MzVee and other surprising acts.<br />
